Rajasthan Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Delhi

Welcome to Delhi The Grand Capital of India. On arrival at Delhi airport, our representative meet you, accompany you to the hotel and assist you in check in. Your day here is at leisure to relax and recover from jet lag. Evening is free for Personal activities (Subject to Flight Timings). Overnight stay in Hotel at Delhi.

Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing

After breakfast we take you for the tour of the capital city. It includes a visit to the Lotus Temple,The Qutab Minar, India Gate, Rajghat, Indhira Gandhi Memorial Museum, Birla House(Mahatma Gandhi Museum),Teen Murthi Bhavan (Nehru Museum), the Rastrapathi Bhawan (By Pass) and the Parliament House (By Pass) all of which are of much significance. Late afternoon we visit Akshardham Temple where you can also enjoy the light and sound show in the evening. Overnight stay at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 03: Delhi/ Agra (240 Kms 05 hours drive)

After breakfast, your journey continues to the historical city of Agra. On the way to Agra, visit Fatehpur Sikri, an abandoned city of the Mughals than boasts of Sandstones palaces and Mughal architect. It was also once the capital of the Mughals. Later you continue your drive to Agra and overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 04: Agra – Jaipur (240 Kms / 05 Hrs drive)

Early morning we visit famous Taj Mahal built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 1630 for his beloved Queen Mumtaz Mahal. In the light of the dawn the mesmerizing Taj Mahal appears pink. After the visit to the Taj Mahal we return to hotel and post Breakfast checkout from hotel we visit Agra Fort containing the Royal palaces and the Halls of Public and Private Audience. After the visit to the beautiful Mughal gardens we continue our drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival check into hotel and overnight stay.

Day 05: Jaipur Sightseeing

After breakfast we proceed for sightseeing of Jaipur. You will visit the ancient capital of the Kachhawaha Rajputs, Amer Fort. The Amber fort was built by Raja Man Singh in the 16th century and was completed by Sawai Jai Singh in the 18th Century. Here you can also opt for an elephant ride up to the fort. Next we visit the City Palace in the heart of Jaipur which is also known for its blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Another monument near the City Palace, Jantar Mantar, is the largest of the five observatories built by Sawai Jai Singh. The Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds was constructed for the royal ladies to watch the royal processions without being seen. You can also visit the Central Museum with its large collection of woodwork, jewellery, costumes, brassware, and pottery. The rest of the day is free to explore this vibrant and colorful city and its local markets. Jaipur is a shopper’s paradise with a variety of options ranging from handicrafts, ethnic jewellery, traditional clothes, puppets and pottery. Overnight stay in hotel in Jaipur.

Day 06: Jaipur – Pushkar (145kms / 2.5 Hrs drive)

After breakfast, we commence on our drive to Pushkar. Best time to visit Pushkar is during October November when the world famous Pushkar Fair is held. Pushkar is known for its temples like the Savitri Temple, Old Rangji Temple. In the evening visit the Pushkar lake to experience the tranquility of the place. Later return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 07: Pushkar – Jodhpur (214 Kms / 05 hours drive)

After breakfast, we commence on our journey to Jodhpur. Jodhpur is also known as the Blue City. On arrival to Jodhpur, check in to the hotel where you can relax. In the evening you may visit the Balsamand Lake. Later, return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 08: Jodhpur Sightseeing

Today get ready to enjoy the vibrant city in its full vigour. Visit the majestic Mehrangarh Fort which also houses the Phool Mahal, Sheesh Mahal and Moti Mahal. Next we visit the Umaid Bhawan Palace, Chamunda Mataji Temple, Mahamandir Temple, Ghanta Ghar and Somnath Temple.

In the evening return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 09: Jodhpur – Jaisalmer (289 kms/ 06 hrs drive)

After breakfast we leave for Jaisalmer. Upon your arrival in Jaisalmer, you will be received by our representative who will then transfer you to your hotel in Jaisalmer. In the evening, you will be taken to visit the serene Gadisar Lake and Vyas chhatri.

Day 10: Jaisalmer Sightseeing

After breakfast we set out to explore Jaisalmer. First we visit the Jaisalmer Fort, Patwon Ki Haweliya and City Palace. Post lunch we visit the Khuri Desert to enjoy a sunset on the golden sand dunes. After cultural performance and bon fire we return to our hotel for overnight stay.

Day 11: Jaisalmer – Delhi (Overnight Train)

After breakfast you will transferred to the train station to catch your train to Delhi. Here your tour with us comes to an end. Upon arrival in Delhi you will be transferred to the International / domestic airport to catch your return flight home.
