Enthralling Rajasthan Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival Delhi
Welcome to Delhi The Grand Capital of India. On arrival at Delhi airport, our representative would meet you, accompany you to the hotel and assist you in check in. Your day here is at leisure to relax and recover from jet lag. Evening is free for Personal activities (Subject to Flight Timings). Overnight stay in Hotel at Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing
After breakfast we take you for the tour of the capital city. It includes a visit to the Lotus Temple, The Qutab Minar, India Gate, Rajghat, Indira Gandhi Memorial Museum, Birla House(Mahatma Gandhi Museum),Teen Murthi Bhavan (Nehru Museum), the Rastrapathi Bhawan (By Pass) and the Parliament House (By Pass) all of which are of much significance. Late afternoon we visit Akshardham Temple where you can also enjoy the light and sound show in the evening. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 03: Delhi/ Agra (240 Kms 05 hours drive)
After breakfast, your journey continues to the historical city of Agra. On the way to Agra, visit Fatehpur Sikri, an abandoned city of the Mughals than boasts of Sandstones palaces and Mughal architect. It was also once the capital of the Mughals. Later you continue your drive to Agra and overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 04: Agra – Jaipur (240 Kms / 05 Hrs drive)
Early morning we visit famous Taj Mahal built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 1630 for his beloved Queen Mumtaz Mahal. In the light of the dawn the mesmerizing Taj Mahal appears pink. After the visit to the Taj Mahal we return to hotel and post Breakfast checkout from hotel we visit Agra Fort containing the Royal palaces and the Halls of Public and Private Audience. After the visit to the beautiful Mughal gardens we continue our drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival check into hotel and overnight stay.
Day 05: Jaipur Sightseeing
After breakfast we proceed for sightseeing of Jaipur. You will visit the ancient capital of the Kachhawaha Rajputs, Amer Fort. The Amber fort was built by Raja Man Singh in the 16th century and was completed by Sawai Jai Singh in the 18th Century. Here you can also opt for an elephant ride up to the fort. Next we visit the City Palace in the heart of Jaipur which is also known for its blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Another monument near the City Palace, Jantar Mantar, is the largest of the five observatories built by Sawai Jai Singh. The Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds was constructed for the royal ladies to watch the royal processions without being seen. You can also visit the Central Museum with its large collection of woodwork, jewellery, costumes, brassware, and pottery. The rest of the day is free to explore this vibrant and colorful city and its local markets. Jaipur is a shopper’s paradise with a variety of options ranging from handicrafts, ethnic jewellery, traditional clothes, puppets and pottery. Overnight stay in hotel in Jaipur.
Day 06: Jaipur – Udaipur (394 kms/ 07 hrs drive)
Today we proceed to Udaipur via train. Depending on the timing you would be transferred to the train station where our driver/ representative would help you in catching your train to Udaipur.
Upon arrival in Udaipur you will be transferred to the hotel where you can check in and relax. In the evening you can visit the Vintage and Classic car museum or Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal. Overnight stay at hotel in Udaipur.
Day 07: Udaipur Sightseeing
Post breakfast you can leave for Udaipur sightseeing. Udaipur is a photographer’s paradise with its picturesque lakes and palaces. Visit the enchanting City Palace, Saheliyo Ki Baori or the ‘garden of the maids’, Bagore Ki Haveli which is nestled in the Gangori Ghat right on Lake Pichola, Kumbalgarh Fort and Ekling Nath Ji Temple. In the evening enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola Lake. Return to hotel over overnight stay.
Day 08: Udaipur Shopping – Delhi Evening flight- Departure
Post breakfast you may opt for shopping in Udaipur. Later you will be transferred to the airport to catch your flight to Delhi. Here your tour with us comes to an end. Upon arrival in Delhi you will be transferred to the International / domestic airport to catch your return flight home.
